Keshe基金會發給各國政府的正式邀請函

以下的文字是通過駐比利時大使館發送至各國政府的正式邀請函，凱史基金會將在今後兩週內將此郵件發送至各國駐比利時大使館，我們將發布接收此郵件的國家以及郵箱地址的名字，以便各位了解各國對此事的進展情況。從此刻開始，你就可以看到凱史基金會的此項技術在各位所在國家所產生的影響。

誠邀世界和平，開放科學技術繼2012年4月21日邀請世界各國大使在布魯塞爾舉辦的會議之後，凱史基金會決定於2012年9月6日再次通過各國駐比利時大使及官員邀請世界各國政要參與在比利時尼諾綱凱史基金會總部舉辦的科技展示會，(亦可在各國指定的其它地方舉行)正如閣下所知，我方業已邀請各國代表參加2012年4月21日舉辦的首次凱史科技展示會，一些國家的大使參加了此次會議，而有些國家卻由於其它國政府的壓力選擇放棄出席。

作為第二次邀請，我們直接並明確的邀請各國的首腦指派全權代表參與將於9月6日在本基金會總部舉辦的凱史科技展示會。

發送此邀請函以及舉辦此次展示會的原因如下:

凱史基金會將於2012年9月21日發布其太空科技的首期科技以及其研發的引力磁場系統。此次發布將對世界各國科學家同時展示，以利於其進行生產和複製，從那一時刻起，世界各國的國界將不再擁有任何實際的意義，這是由於一旦首個飛行系統製造完成並籍由公眾投入使用，從德黑蘭到紐約的旅行時間至多不會超過10分鐘。

這種新型的飛行系統將會使所有人以同樣短的時間進行同樣長度的旅行，而它在地球上任何兩點之間的旅行的費用幾乎為零，利用當今的任何雷達系統都無法偵測到此飛行器的存在，能源危機將從此徹底得到解決，一旦此技術投入使用，那些控制能源供及的機構，以及通過他們所運行的當前的金融結構將會兩手空空。

在凱史基金會的此項太空科技向公眾展示並開放之後，隨之將要解決的是世界水資源短缺問題，我們如何達成此目標呢?

在過去的六年間，我們已經通過現有的國際專利系統，確保讓世界所有國家及一些重要的科學家都得到了我們專利的副本。(請查看已經通過歐洲專利網及國際服務器下載這些專利副本的數量)因此我們已經防止了任何個人或組織對凱史基金會此項科技的阻撓和破壞。

現在很多國家已經擁有了我們的能源製造、醫療系統以及太空旅行的各項專利技術，在這種方式下，避開了以往那種阻撓此類科技在世界範圍內推廣的各種手段和企圖，現在世界各國都有同樣的機會，共同努力以親眼見證此項科技得以安全研發。

我們希望表達的中心思想是，我們的科技將對世界各國政府及其全體國民自由開放，以造福於全人類，通過我們已經研發的各項系統，可以為各國民眾創造取之不盡用之不竭的能源、水和食物，同時還有醫療健康和交通運輸領域的新方法，而所有這一切的費用都將是微乎其微的。

根據凱史基金會的章程規定，凱史基金會及其所有科技屬於世界全體民眾之有，凱史基金會的各項專利是生活在這個星球上的每位個體的資產，並不能被任何某一個人、組織或國家獨自擁有，這意味著所有由此項科技創造的收入，都將屬於使用它的國家所有。

我們將公開受邀參加2012年9月6日舉辦的此次展示會的國家名單，以及用來接受這些邀請的電子郵箱地址，以便供各國政府決定將派誰參加此次會議。

在閣下接收到此郵件的同時，在凱史基金會網站論壇上將同時出現一份此郵件的複本，以此貴國的民眾將會知曉此項科技已經為貴國敞開了大門，這樣，貴國民眾將明確的知曉閣下對此邀請函所做的決定，同時凱史基金會也會及時了解閣下的決定。

從現在起,我們可以確保沒有任何兒童或成人將會因為飢餓或缺水而死去，沒有任何國家將受到另外一個國家的武裝侵略，因為此項新技術的軍事應用極其恐怖並具有毀滅性，以至於我們別無它法，只能接受一個事實，那就是為爭奪地球資源所進行的戰爭行為都將成為過去。

保護國家資源並沒有任何錯誤,但是現在作為一些小國的首腦，你有責任確保它的資源得以分享，同時透過我們的科技，每個人對能源、水、食物以及醫療健康的基本需求都能得到滿足。

凱史基金會對所有種族、國籍、宗教或政治傾向一視同仁。因此我們呼籲每個國家的政府派遣一個專家組參加我們的展示會，並親自見證這些科技，這樣他們就會決定是否利用此項科技。如閣下忽視此邀請，閣下的國家將很快別無選擇，只能跟隨並聽命於那些選擇利用並研發此項科技的國家。

主流媒體沒報導這事的確是另人匪夷所思的.當然可能只是難以辨別真假,
怕的是有其他勢力在控制主流媒體.這事若是真的,那可是人類社會翻天覆地的改變!
核四就根本不是問題了! 不過改變太大擋太多人財路,可是很危險的事呀!
外星人可能沒有研究過人類歷史吧!

以國高中學過的化學來看
2H2+O2->2H2O+能量
燃料電池的電力就是由上面的能量轉換成電能。
而水能源號稱以水為燃料，以特殊裝置將水分解為氫與氧，再以氫氣為燃料驅動引擎。
那麼問題來了，特殊裝置可以逆轉上面的反應式的話，表示在進行時應該要提供能源給水，否則反應式無法成立，影片中說明則是以磁場來分離氫與氧，而分解時不必消耗能量，這就讓人無法理解了。

沒錯如此一來就是脫褲子放屁，多此一舉。目前最乾淨的氫氣能源的大量原料取得，是依賴開採天然氣時所純化的氫氣，如此才有經濟效率！如果誰能開發出更低成本的氫氣原料取得，那鐵定成為世界首富！

Following the development and testing of new materials for space reactor technology for production of plasma in a non-nuclear reactor in the past months, the Keshe Foundation has achieved successful testing in creating and maintaining plasma in these new generation of reactors that we are satisfied to precede with the production of the power generators using the new phenomena.

The start of the world teaching program of the Keshe Foundations and setting up of the “Spaceship Institute” in Italy was unveiled and announced in the press conference organized by the Keshe Foundation in Brescia, Italy on 31.10.2013.

In this press conference, Dr. Aristide Pele (Councilor Education and University of Brescia Province), Mr. Fabio Maroni (former Member of Parliament and member of the Constitutional Affairs Committee) and Mr. M T Keshe the Founder of the Keshe Foundation announced the opening of this institute in early 2014.

上過基本義務教育的人都應該知道這是不可能的事.

不過總有很多人不好好唸書，相信這些,還拿錢去投資...

這個用數學來解釋就是
因為產生能源基乎不耗能  (分母是0)
能源是可以賣錢的.
所以一開始只要很少的本錢 , 做一台機器, 就可以聚寶盆一樣,源源不停的生錢.
n / 0  ( n 除以 0 ) 是無限大, 另一種說法是無義意.

這是無本會大賺錢的生意,  但是為什麼還要叫您拿錢出來?

如果是真的 , 那些生意人對錢的嗅覺比狗還敏銳, 早就拿錢去投資了, 輪不到您...

這個不是''無中生有'',只是提升汽車引擎的效率

汽車用的內燃機其中燃燒汽油產生的熱能只有30%用在車輪上,其它的熱能隨著排汽管和散熱水箱回到大氣中,外燃機的效率比內燃機高出許多的熱效率,美國的克萊斯勒曾經做過一台使用史特靈外燃機的汽車,其燃油效率是當時汽車的兩倍,但是為何沒有大量生產,加速減速緩慢,不符合人們開車的習慣,且其引擎需要常常保養維護,很難符合大家用車的需求,使用內燃機是折衷的選擇,並不是以節能為出發點

隨著汽車工藝的發達,現在的汽車比以前的車來的節能,也非無中生有,我相信能量不能無中生有,以我們目前所知的科技,提升效能可能比較實際

那為何提出 BMX 來舉例,那是''行銷'',不是科技
