IFOAM從善如流將我國名改回台灣 分類：有機農業2008/03/21 12:38感謝Philippe, Heather 本會同仁及國際有機農業界好朋友的努力，IFOAM從善如流將我國名改回台灣，也感謝國內各界的關心。以下為本會聲明；

IFOAM從善如流將中華台北改回台灣

本會接獲通知，ATOAP中之「台灣」一名，業已由國際有機農業運動聯盟(IFOAM)正式恢復並置該網頁中。數週前，國際有機農業運動聯盟受到中國政治壓力，將台灣改為「中華台北」，本會及所屬會員與其他國家的IFOAM會員，對此舉均立即表示抗議。

本會認為此舉為政治干預，事關國家及種族歧視，為國際有機農業運動聯盟章程所明文禁止。本會立即向IFOAM全球理事抗議，並正式要求以「台灣」為國名，為本會及其在台灣的所有會員正名，將「台灣」置回所有IFOAM媒體及網站。

國際有機農業運動聯盟領導者終於拒絕中國政治干涉及會員歧視的壓力，依本會上述請求，將我國名正名。

我們謹此向國際有機農業運動聯盟領導者的正面行動，致上謝意。並此重申堅決配合IFOAM的精神與目標，即「健康、生態、公平與關懷」。台灣將積極參與並促進國際有機產品之行銷。

本會將與國際有機農業運動聯盟真誠合作，以公正維護國際有機農業運動聯盟在有機產業世界的會員所有權利。

TAIWAN is again official State member of IFOAM

ATOAP (Association for Taiwan Organic Agriculture Association) Board
of Directors has been informed this morning that the name "Taiwan" has
been reintegrated for IFOAM - International Federation of Organic
Agriculture Movement, and officially included on IFOAM directory website.

Some weeks ago, under Chinese IFOAM members Organic associations
political pressures, the name " Taiwan " was changed on IFOAM media and
its website into "Taipei Chinese".

Such a move was immediately contested by ATOAP and all its components as
well as other IFOAM members from various countries.

ATOAP considered such a move as a "political interference" within  IFOAM
and a clear both ethnic and national discrimination between IFOAM
members, all that being prohibited by official rules and goals that all
IFOAM members must accept and respect.

ATOAP protested to the IFOAM World Board about this issue and officially
demanded that the name " Taiwan " be posted again as the State name to
which Taiwanese Organic IFOAM members belong to.

The name " TAIWAN " is officially back on IFOAM media and website with
all Taiwanese Organic associations and company members.

Political pressures and tries to discriminate Taiwanese Organic
associations within this neutral, non-political and only devoted to
Organic Agriculture NGO have been finally rejected by IFOAM leadership.

We congratulate IFOAM leadership for this positive move that is in
accordance with its rules and goals that Taiwan want to promote actively.

We now reconfirm our strong will to cooperate in the IFOAM spirit with
all international Organic associations and company members that are part
of IFOAM for reaching  OUR COMMON GOAL:  HEALTH, ECOLOGY, FAIRNESS, CARE

Taiwan will participate to this World process by actively welcome and
promote on its national market the Organic products from all over the world.

Taiwanese Organic associations will work within IFOAM with the sincere
will to achieve IFOAM goals as equal and full right members of Organic
World.

連參加國際有機運動聯盟(IFOAM)都要受到中共的打壓
真是感到十分的不爽和悲哀 :evil:  :evil:  :evil:  :cry:  :cry:

  Dear Heather Lin,

I hope you are doing fine.

Today I would like to inform you about a decision the IFOAM World Board took at its last meeting in Sweden, due to the request of organizations from PR China, which have been in the process of applying for IFOAM membership or bidding to host the IFOAM Organic World Congress in 2011.

IFOAM, as an international Non-Governmental Organization, is not interested to get involved in political discussions about the status of Taiwan. IFOAM is also not the organization to solve any conflict in this arena. Therefore the World Board decided to list affiliates from Taiwan in the IFOAM membership Directory and on the IFOAM website in future under the term: Chinese Taipei.

Please let me know your opinion about this decision and whether it might cause any inconvenience on your side. I am also interested to hear alternatives or other solutions from your side, if your feel there are any.

這一場艱苦的戰役是我先生Philippe以臺灣女婿的立場
無法坐視國際組織屈服於中國的無理要求
欺負臺灣
他甚至請友人到德國法院準備提出[國家及種族歧視]訴訟
以我們中國人怕進官府衙門的民族習性
我是有點皮皮銼
但是他了解德國人的民族性
認為我們站在正義的一方
勝算很大
........
果然IFOAM終於從善如流將中華台北改回台灣
消息傳回來
連外交部都無法置信
真是太太太太開心了
